To apply for formal acceptance on the Path to Certification
(beginning with Associate membership),
submit the following:

Associate Application

Four
(4) letters of recommendation (two from clients, one from a veterinarian, and
one from a colleague) either sent via email from the individual making the
recommendation (preferred), or in sealed envelopes with that individual’s
signature across the envelope seal and the applicant’s name.
